Observación de signos vitales en EMA Clinic, basado en el perfil de signos vitales de CLCore.

Descripción

EmaVitalSigns captura observaciones de signos vitales en EMA Clinic: presión arterial, frecuencia cardíaca, temperatura, saturación de oxígeno, peso, talla, IMC. Extiende el perfil cl-core-signos-vitales de CLCore.

Herencia CLCore

Este perfil hereda de cl-core-signos-vitales de CLCore v1.9.3, que a su vez extiende el perfil base de signos vitales de FHIR (vital-signs). CLCore agrega las referencias tipadas a paciente y prestador chileno.

Diferencia con EmaObservation

  • EmaVitalSigns: Especializado para signos vitales con category = vital-signs. Soporta component para mediciones compuestas (ej: presión sistólica/diastólica).
  • EmaObservation: Observación clínica general (laboratorio, evaluaciones, mediciones diversas).

Uso

  • code: Código LOINC del signo vital (ej: 85354-9 para presión arterial).
  • value[x]: Valor medido con unidad.
  • component: Sub-mediciones (ej: sistólica y diastólica en presión arterial).
  • subject: Paciente (EmaPatient).
  • encounter: Encuentro clínico (EmaEncounter).
