Diagnóstico clínico para EMA Clinic, basado en CoreDiagnosticoCl de CLCore.

Descripción

EmaCondition representa diagnósticos y problemas de salud registrados en EMA Clinic. Extiende el perfil CoreDiagnosticoCl de CLCore, heredando los requisitos de estado clínico y verificación definidos para el ecosistema FHIR chileno.

Herencia CLCore

Este perfil hereda de CoreDiagnosticoCl de CLCore v1.9.3, que ya requiere clinicalStatus y verificationStatus como obligatorios, y define la referencia de subject a CorePacienteCl. EMA refina la referencia a EmaPatient y agrega bindings de terminología específicos.

Codificación

Los diagnósticos se codifican utilizando SNOMED CT según la terminología recomendada por el DEIS (Departamento de Estadísticas e Información de Salud) del Ministerio de Salud de Chile. El ValueSet VSDiagnosticosSCT de la guía CLCore incluye hallazgos clínicos y el código de ausencia de problemas.

Uso

  • code: Obligatorio. Código SNOMED CT del diagnóstico.
  • subject: Referencia al paciente (EmaPatient).
  • encounter: Referencia al encuentro clínico (EmaEncounter).
  • recorder: Profesional que registra el diagnóstico (EmaPractitioner).
  • clinicalStatus y verificationStatus: Obligatorios (heredados de CLCore).
