EmaAppointment representa una cita médica agendada en EMA Clinic. Vincula un paciente con un profesional en un slot de tiempo específico.

Estados

El ciclo de vida de la cita sigue los estados definidos en EmaAppointmentStatus:

• proposed → pending → booked → arrived → fulfilled
• Alternativas: cancelled, noshow

Uso

• status: Obligatorio. Estado actual de la cita.
• start / end: Obligatorios. Horario de inicio y fin.
• slot: Referencia al slot de tiempo reservado (EmaSlot).
• participant.actor: Paciente (EmaPatient) y/o rol clínico del profesional (EmaPractitionerRole).
