Descripción

EmaAllergyIntolerance registra alergias e intolerancias del paciente en EMA Clinic. Extiende el perfil CoreAlergiaIntCl de CLCore, heredando el requisito de código obligatorio y la referencia tipada al paciente chileno.

Herencia CLCore

Este perfil hereda de CoreAlergiaIntCl de CLCore v1.9.3, que ya requiere code como 1..1 (obligatorio) y define patient como referencia a CorePacienteCl. EMA refina las referencias para apuntar a perfiles EMA específicos.

Uso

  • code: Obligatorio (heredado de CLCore). Sustancia o clase de sustancia que causa la reacción.
  • patient: Referencia al paciente afectado (EmaPatient).
  • recorder: Profesional que registra la alergia (EmaPractitioner).
  • clinicalStatus: Estado clínico de la alergia (activa, inactiva, resuelta).
  • type: Alergia vs intolerancia.
